MANAGEMENT FEATURES OF AGRICULTURAL ENTERPRISE DEVELOPMENT UNDER INSTITUTIONAL TRANSFORMATIONS

Abstract

The purpose of this article is to substantiate theoretical and methodological principles and
develop practical recommendations to enhance the effectiveness of managing the development of
agricultural entrepreneurship in the context of institutional transformations.
Scientific novelty. The theoretical foundations regarding the specificities of managing the
development of agricultural entrepreneurship in the conditions of institutional transformations have
further evolved. The system of these transformations, unlike others, includes: the multifaceted nature
of the management process due to the complexity of its subject as a socio-economic system; the
diversity of managing the development of agricultural entrepreneurship arising from the heterogeneity
of the management object; the unity of principles for managing the development of agricultural
entrepreneurship; the distinctiveness of the management process in agricultural entrepreneurship
during periods of institutional transformations as a holistic economic, social, and ecological
phenomenon.
Conclusions. The formation of the features of managing the development of agricultural
entrepreneurship in the context of institutional transformations is based on specific characteristics and
differences that encompass the processes of both management and agricultural production and
entrepreneurship and institutional transformation. Their interconnection and interaction create a
holistic unity that generates a qualitatively new economic, social, and ecological phenomenon.
