Payment for Services

The scientific journal “Economic Bulletin of the Black Sea Littoral” conducts its editorial activities in accordance with the principles of open science, academic integrity, transparency, and non-discrimination.

Publication of research materials is free of charge. The journal does not charge any fees for the submission, editorial processing, peer review, or publication of articles. In particular, doctoral candidates enrolled in state-funded programs who submit single-authored research papers are exempt from any fees for editorial processing, peer review, and/or publication.
