MANAGEMENT OF RESOURCE PROVISION OF ECONOMIC ACTIVITIES OF AGRICULTURAL ENTERPRISES

Abstract

The article is aimed at revealing the essence and importance of the resource potential to ensure the effective functioning of the agrarian enterprise as an open socio-economic system, determining the influence of environmental factors on the formation of resource potential using the methodological toolkit of economic diagnostics.

Scientific novelty. The article considers ways of formation and development of the resource potential of the regional agro-industrial complex. The conditions that can strengthen the competitiveness of the agro-industrial complex such as digitization, sustainable development, balanced state agrarian policy, the creation of new technologies in the agricultural sector of the economy, are highlighted. The resource potential of agricultural enterprises has a strong influence on the economic, political and social spheres of this region. In addition, the significance of the key structural elements of the formation and development of the potential of the agrarian complex of the region, which will be considered as the ability of the economic sector to apply a complex of active resources, was investigated. The main directions of increasing costs for resource conservation and infrastructure restoration, prevention of risks of loss of human resources, countering the complication of product export and increasing the effectiveness of resource potential use are argued. Particular attention is paid to the state support of agricultural enterprises under martial law, as food security is an important factor in the global environment for strengthening investment in the agricultural sector of the economy.

Conclusions. As a result of the research, it has been found that the formation of the resource potential of agricultural enterprises requires taking into account a number of external factors, their interrelationships and current market trends. The methodological tools of economic diagnostics should be used to provide the necessary information to enterprise management and make optimal management decisions to optimise resource provision and identify external opportunities and threats.
