INNOVATIVE APPROACHES TO IMPLEMENTING RESPONSIBLE BUSINESS PRINCIPLES IN THE ACTIVITIES OF FINANCIAL INSTITUTIONS

Relevance. The article examines innovative approaches to implementing responsible business principles in the activities of financial institutions amid digital transformation and growing sustainable development requirements. The relevance of the study stems from the need to integrate ESG principles, FinTech solutions, and modern risk management mechanisms into the strategic management of financial institutions in the context of intensifying competition and heightened stakeholder demands for transparency and accountability.
The purpose of the article is to investigate innovative approaches to implementing responsible business principles in the activities of financial institutions and to determine the impact of the ESG concept, digitalization, FinTech technologies, and modern risk management tools on the efficiency of management processes, sustainability, and competitiveness of financial organizations.
The study employs methods of systems analysis, comparison, generalization, and synthesis of scientific approaches. It has been established that the implementation of artificial intelligence, big data, automated management systems, and FinTech solutions contributes to increasing the operational efficiency of financial institutions, improving the quality of managerial decision making, and fostering a culture of responsible business conduct. It has been proven that the integration of ESG principles into the activities of financial institutions positively affects the level of trust among clients and investors, enhances investment attractiveness, strengthens corporate reputation, and ensures long-term financial sustainability.
The practical value of the study is reflected in the development of recommendations for implementing innovative responsible business approaches in the activities of Ukrainian financial institutions, taking into account current trends in digital transformation and sustainable development.
It is concluded that the synergy of ESG principles, digital technologies, FinTech solutions, and modern risk management mechanisms is a key factor in ensuring the competitiveness, investment attractiveness, and long-term sustainability of financial institutions in the digital economy.
