Abstract

Relevance. The relevance of this study is driven by the growing role of grant activity as a mechanism of financial support for social entrepreneurship in the context of public administration reform in Ukraine.
The purpose of the article is to examine the relationship between the effectiveness of communication processes within public administration bodies and the performance of grant activities of social enterprises, as well as to substantiate practical recommendations for improving communication strategies in the grant support system for social entrepreneurship.
Methods include systematic analysis, statistical evaluation, comparative analysis, and the correlation-regression method.
As a result, a model of communication effectiveness in the field of grant financing of social entrepreneurship has been developed, key factors influencing grant application success have been identified, and a statistical analysis of the dynamics of grant financing in Ukraine for 2020–2024 has been carried out.
The practical value of the work lies in the development of methodological recommendations for building an effective communication strategy of public administration bodies in implementing grant support programs for social entrepreneurship.
Conclusions confirm that improving communication effectiveness of public administration bodies is a key factor in increasing the number of successful grant applications from social enterprises and the overall development of social entrepreneurship in Ukrainian regions.
