About the Journal
The scientific journal “Economic Bulletin of the Black Sea Littoral” publishes original theoretical and applied research in the field of economics and provides an academic platform for discussing theoretical and practical issues related to the development of the national economy and its constituent sectors. Manuscripts devoted to the economic development of the Black Sea region are particularly welcomed.
The journal is included in the List of Scientific Professional Publications of Ukraine within the cluster “Economic Transformations, Business and Administration” (Category B), pursuant to Order No. 928 of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine dated 11 June 2026.
All materials published in the journal are available in open-access format and can be accessed free of charge.
The journal was founded in 2020.
The journal is published 2 times a year.

Publication ethics
The editorial board of the scientific journal "Economic Bulletin of the Black Sea" is guided in its work by the international ethical rules of scientific publications, the requirements of the legislation of Ukraine, the "Regulations on Academic Integrity and Ethics" of the ODAU and the "Regulations on the Prevention and Detection of Academic Plagiarism in Scientific, Educational, Methodological, Qualification and Educational Works at the Odesa State Agrarian University".
The editorial board adheres to the rules and principles of scientificity, objectivity, impartiality, professionalism, confidentiality and respect for copyright.

The editorial board undertakes to exempt itself from reviewing manuscripts in the event of a conflict of interest arising as a result of joint, competitive or other relations or connections with any of the authors, companies/institutions related to the manuscripts.
The scientific journal "Economic Bulletin of the Black Sea" of the Odesa State Agrarian University is an open access publication that supports the principles of free dissemination of scientific information and creative interaction of the scientific community. The open access policy provides for:
➢ free access to electronic and printed versions of journal issues, the ability to view and download them;
➢ placement of full-text issues on the publication's website;
➢ placement of the publication on the official website of the National Library named after. V. I. Vernadsky;
➢ placement of the publication in the OSAU repository;
The open access policy applies to all issues of the scientific journal.
Authors who publish in this journal should:
▪ ensure that the results of the research submitted for publication are completely original and reliable;
▪ all materials of other authors are provided with accurate citation of primary sources;
▪ prevent plagiarism and self-plagiarism in any form;
▪ determine the contribution of all persons in the publication;
▪ guarantee the ethics of the conducted research. Research should be substantiated and supported by references to relevant standards;
The authors retain the copyright to the scientific work and transfer the right of the first publication to the journal together with the work.
Authors should not submit to the journal a manuscript sent for consideration to another journal, as well as an article already published in another journal.
The editorial policy of the journal is aimed at compliance with the norms of universal morality, dignity of other persons and organizations, prevention of discrimination on age, racial, social, national, gender, religious, territorial, professional and political criteria.
Retraction Policy for Published Articles
The retraction of a published article is a mechanism for correcting the published record and informing readers that the publication contains deficiencies or errors. Retraction may be warranted in cases involving violations of legal, publishing, or ethical standards.
The editorial board adheres to the COPE (Committee on Publication Ethics) guidelines for corrections and retractions and is guided by the principles of academic integrity and responsibility to its readers.
Grounds for retraction:
- Detection of plagiarism in the article;
- Duplicate publication of the article in different journals;
- Identification of errors (e.g., misinterpretation of results) that compromise the scientific value of the publication;
- Detection of data falsification or fabrication in the article;
- Incorrect authorship attribution;
- Presence of a conflict of interest or other violations of publication ethics;
- Republishing the article without the author's consent;
- The article did not undergo the peer-review process.
Retraction of an article may be initiated:
- By an official written request from the author(s) of the article;
- By an official written request from the editorial board of another journal;
- By a written request from third parties (e.g., participants in a conflict of interest), provided there is evidence of ethical misconduct by the author(s);
- By the editorial board upon detection of ethical violations or errors in the article.
Retraction procedure:
- Upon receiving a request from the author or another party, the editorial board appoints a committee to verify the information.
- If a decision is made to retract the article, the reason and date of retraction are recorded in the committee’s meeting minutes.
- Information about the retracted article is submitted to scientific databases and libraries where the journal is indexed.
- After the decision to retract, the article and its metadata remain on the journal’s website. A “Retracted” mark and the retraction date are added to the electronic version. The issue’s table of contents is also updated to indicate the retraction.
- The editorial board reserves the right to make decisions regarding future cooperation with the author(s) of the retracted article.
